As you search our database, keep an eye out for the area’s average price per square meter, which is displayed next to any given property’s actual price per square meter. This will give you a good idea of the savings available for each listing. When applicable, there will also be a description of special promotions available; mortgages, discounts or signing bonuses (free car, second house half-price, etc.).

Background Reports & Basic Legal Info (exclusive service!)

Each client who signs up to visit one of our listed properties receives an in-depth report complete with background information, legal details and project descriptions.

We’ll answer questions for you such as: who’s behind this promotion? Do they have the necessary legal permissions? What have they built before? Do they have any pending lawsuits?

Our report also provides information such as the construction start and end dates, a list of amenities included in the price, materials used in construction and details such as deposits required, payment terms and mortgage information.
